His decision to pursue a career in real estate stems from his desire to help his clients through one of the most difficult and taxing transitions in their lives. This desire led Chase to acquire the RCS-D® divorce specialization designation to better serve his clients experiencing the transition of a divorce, and to help them make informed decisions about the martial home. His goal is to help clients through his knowledge of the areas serviced, expertise of real estate contract negotiation and law, and unique marketing strategies for each property listed.
